    awesome stove. tons of features. true 5 burner and will heat anything up just like a gas stove. best investment for the person who loves cooking!

    Worst purchase of my life... This is an absolute DO NO T BUY.. Even one drop of water on the cooking surface and the sensors go wild and turn off the stove. This stove is not functional. Who would have thought that cooking something on a cook top would produce splatter, splashes and spills. Dozens of ruined meals. At times the only means we can clear the sensors is to unplug the stove and replug.. I want my money and can prove this piece of kitchen furniture should not be called an appliance.

    I also have a defective unit. Cook top shuts off even on level 1 to keep warm after about 5 minutes. Sautes veggies on medium low like Meduim high. I have induction cookware, used the right sized units. Installed it on Sunday, returning it on Tuesday.

    I just got in in November but so far I love it. Cannot complain at all. It’s a little bit of a learning curve because this is my first induction range. So far it is worth every penny. I hope it lasts awhile- we shall see.

    Got a Lemon

    I’d give it zero stars if I could. Installed it Dec 28, 2024 and the cooktop keeps shutting off in the middle of cooking. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent a local appliance repair guy to look at it. He couldn’t find the problem. He spoke to a Frigidaire tech who initially didn’t believe that the cooktop was shutting off, until the repair guy confirmed he witnessed it himself. The tech then instructed the repair guy to replace the circuit boards to see if that fixes it. But in order to get access to the circuit boards you have to take apart the cooktop, which required ordering a special tool from Frigidaire, which is on backorder. They have no idea when it’ll be in so now we are just waiting for the tool to come in. In the meantime, I spent over a grand on a new induction range that sometimes works. I asked Frigidaire to just replace the appliance since it is clearly defective from the factory, but they won’t (yet), even though they have no idea what’s wrong with it. Sounds like I’m going to end up with a refurbished appliance when they are done trying all their fixes even though I paid for a brand new one. Frustrating.

    Amazing unit! This is our first induction unit, and we are pretty blown away. Super powerful cooktop. Convection and air fry features for the oven are very impressive.

    Dysfunctional manufacturer

    My range was delivered defective, with a cooktop that only turns on intermittently. Getting warranty service from Frigidare is a nightmare! Customer service is of course in India, representatives read from a menu, you are on hold for 30 to 45 minutes each call, then more hold after they answer. I finally got a repairman after 2 weeks and hours of phone time. He confirmed that the induction top only works intermittently. Frigidare is requiring him to install another "on" switch which will take another 3 weeks, and he doesn't think it will work! JUST DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER! Its not worth the chance that you will need warranty work, and they absolutely do not care if you are happy with your product.
