I have this wall AC in a garage/guest studio. Wall units are typically louder than central AC’s but this unit is relatively quiet, (on a scale from 1-10, I would give it a 5 for noise). What I really like about this unit is that it is also a heater and has a remote control and has an energy saver setting.

My central heat and air system needed replacing. so I decided to replace it with two air conditioning with heat window units. I already had gas logs, and these combined provide plenty heat. I am well pleased with this Frigidaire unit.

I actually already have this exact air-conditioner/heater so I know about its installation and operation. It is out of warranty and had an electronic problem. So, I bought the same one to make installation very easy. Very strangely, however, the old one started working correctly and I have not installed the new one. Electronics don't heal themselves so it is a matter of time when it will go out. The warranty is counting down on the new one but overall it should last longer then since it is not being used. The AC works great and the heater likewise. The install is not difficult and I can recommend purchasing one.

The unit was easy to install because I was replacing an old air conditioner. The instructions were pretty straight forward, and installation was rather smooth. I have no complaints, it cools my entire living room, hallway and kitchen. The only problem though, is that I think it is a little too noisy, and I have to raise the volume on my tv. But of course that happens with just about any unit.

This window unit has been great. It was easy to install and cools really well. We have not used the heat yet, but it is great to have both options. The remote control is excellent and simple to operate. The power savings mode is nice also.

Great product if you are looking to keep cool inside your home. I have only had it for a short period of time but I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs it. Make sure you get the coverage you need before buying since they do make these items in different sizes to cover the square footage of your room. The noise level range is not that loud if you don't mind it reminding you that it is there.

I like the simplicity of the AC unit itself. Easy installation. It is cooling the small house perfectly. I need to try out the heater. I will update when I use. I only wish the louvers were not this type. I am going to have to make a deflector to get a more direct air flow to my bed. But I would recommend ! Deby Garcia

I bought this to replace an old non working in the wall unit. I had it delivered to my home, it arrived about a week and a half after ordering. I do not have central air and this unit effectively cools my entire first floor. I have not had to set it lower than 71 for it to be very comfortable. Installation was pretty simple. Looks great. Very quiet operation.

I closed in my shop with French doors (instead of the roll up garage door I had), installed a ceiling with insulation, then cut a hole for this a/c, installed, sealed and turned it on. Ahhhhhh. No more sweltering workshop. Looking forward to having heat from this unit, too. My shop is 24'X24' and this unit is more than adequate for the job. So nice to finally have a year round comfortable work space.

This ac unit cools a 3 car garage with no problem at all. 18500 btu was the best choice for this garage over 700 sq. ft. Very quiet and easy to operate.

I purchased this air conditioner/heater for a cabin in the country where the temperatures get really hot with a lot of humidity during the day and sometimes very cold below freezing at night within the same day or week. This unit works wonderful for both.

Easy to install. I have had the airconditioner for a couple of weeks so far so good. It cools down a large area of my house. I have an open floor plan so I thought it would not work as well. This air conditioner is great.

Separating AC shell was helpful in installation. A wall installation was done - it is good to have an option since it will remain in Summer and Winter fro heat

I like the coolness and cools all the main level of my small house. Main level is about 700-900 sq ft. Only problem I have with the unit is the noise level. I have it as a wall unit and when I am watching tv in the same room I have turn the TV volume on high.

So heavy but simple and straightforward to install and use.

I bought this AC to replace a LG window unit , did not have good luck with the LG unit , so far the Frigidaire is working great

Easy to install. Cools very well and very quickly.

It worked great super cold and super hot, suddenly it just stop working had to return it after more than a year, I wanted to get the same one again but it was out of stock. Definitely would buy it again and recommen it.

I love it. It is perfect for my house. It cools every room in the house. Just when i looked up product showed a diagram of a plugin when I got it, it was a different plugin. It was a regular 3 prong which was what I needed anyway. Thanks

Works like a charm! Replaced my existing 4 yr old Frigidaire A/C unit with this one and my electric bill went down $95.00!
