    Living in a small apartment with a stairwell that is a tight fit to get to the second floor I thought I was stuck with terrible mini fridges. This is beautiful to look at, it’s wonderful on the inside with a great amount of space. I haven’t had any issues. lol if you accidentally turn off the fridge in the Sabbath settings, it’s an easy fix. I’ve accidentally have done that twice now. I have no doubts the other review probably did the same thing, but the directions in the guide tell you how to fix it by holding down the button. I’m so pleased with this fridge it looks high end compared to my old one. Also the handles are awesome. They remind me of the round monkey bars we used to play on. This was my main reason for buying this model -the fancy round handles.

    This fridge just plain sucks. It looks great, but that's where it ends. If you buy a not great products from Best Buy, prepare yourself for endless frustration. It is possibly the worst customer service system I have ever come across. But the CEO makes $12M!! For running a crappy company. A couple months in, and now the lightbulb doesn't work when I open the door. So now I have to decide whether it's worth my sanity to try and get it fixed. The last problem took nearly 3 weeks of endless phone calls, emails, and tweets before they finally sent someone out. Mind you, I paid extra for the service that is supposed to ensure you get good service. Finally a guy shows, speaks absolutely no English, and knows nothing about refrigerators. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again. EVER. And something major would have to change at Fridgidaire for me to consider buying something from them.

    I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my Frigidaire appliance and was also pleased with the service at my local Best Buy store in Deptford New Jersey. Great product, reasonably priced and excellent customer service!

    purchased item, stopped working within 24 hrs of being delivered. Replacement took 2 weeks to arrive and replacement unit stopped working within 20 minutes of delivery

    Terrible refrigerator that stopped working before the year mark hit. Beware of buying this refrigerator. I wish I could have bought another brand.

    Top freezer door comes open when. Refrigerator door closes.. Top freezer door has to close manually every time fridge is being used.

There could be a few reasons why the refrigerator door will not close properly: The door was closed too hard, causing the other door to open slightly. In this case, you have to close both doors gently. Another reason could be that the refrigerator is not level. It rocks on the floor when moved slightly. In this one, you have to ensure the floor is level and solid and can adequately support the refrigerator. Contact a carpenter to correct a sagging or sloping floor.     The fridge did not work. It has a broken compressor and i had to have fridgader come out to look at it. I now need to wait 10 days for a replacement compressor. Its upsetting Best Buy wouldnt test a product at least once to see if its operational.
