The ice maker does not make enough ice for 2 people to use twice a day. I am still trying to figure out what professional means to Frigidaire. One of the shelves fell off the refrigerator door, it was not locked in by the “professional “ installers that Best Buy sent to install it. Just got off the phone with Best Buy’s geek squad representative and they are sending someone to fix the problems in 2 days. I will update the review afterwards.

Best Buy compensated me with a gift card. Product general quality not as good as my old refrigerator. Appreciate the gift card but still wonder why the product was damaged.

The light panel on the ceiling of the unit does not work. It makes me want to put in stick up motion light so I do not have to go through the hassle of returning it or trying to coordinate and fight with the warranty group.

The main one is that the freezer door pops open a bit when the fridge door is shut. This has been an issue with teen boys in the house who use the fridge frequently! The ice cubes are also on the small side (Not really a big deal, but if like regular sized cubes, know that you will not get them with this fridge). Otherwise, this has met our needs.

Frigidaire Service is unavailable in the mountains of Clear Creek County Colorado . 6 MONTHS OLD ! The freezer door displays the error "ER" "CE". I cannot adjust the freezer or refrigerator temperature and the ice maker no longer functions. I called Frigidaire and was told a service agent would call within 3 days to schedule an appointment for repair, this never happened. When I called Frigidaire for the 2nd time I was told the Service tech denied and canceled the appointment . I was then told the repair would be escalated to a "priority" status and I would receive a call in 24 hours and of course I haven't and I'm sure I won't.

Everything seemed great except a really bad overwhelming odor that came from the fridge itself. It comes from the fridge & freezer, started once the fridge reached it is set temp. Couldn’t live with it, sorry Frigidaire but it maybe something you need to look into. Not sure where it is coming from, but My mom thinks It's coming from underneath when the fans kick on. It maybe exhaust & chemicals used for plastic coatings, glue. It permeates a lingering stench in the kitchen, even when there is no food in kitchen.

I needed a pretty specific fit and this model was one of two that would work. My last Frigidaire was a French door model and it developed issues after 8 years due to the cooling mechanism being so compact in the counter depth model. Hopefully this one won’t have that issue. Definitely go for the Professuonal as it seems to be better quality than the Gallery
