    Poor quality! Temperature control doesn’t register immediately - have to turn the knob a second time. Ceramic on stove form bubbles when cooking food on high temperature. I’ve had better electric stoves than this one. Warranty is worthless.

    First, the range was shipped without a cord when it was supposed to be included. Talked to several people and BB that kept passing me along to the next person only to be told to deal with frigidaire about it. Terrible customer service. Frigidaire had no one that spoke decent enough english to even understand them so I decided to order the cord seperately which I should not have had to do bc it clearly states the cord is INCLUDED. NEXT, The door was missing a hinge pin which effects the opening and closing of the door. Frigidaire says it needs a whole new hinge which makes no sense bc its literally a little pin that is slid into the slot. Absolutely ridiculous. One should look forward to a new appliance and its been nothing but a headache with this one. This was the only appliance I ordered from best buy for my kitchen remodel. All the others came from famous tate bc of the crap show I have had to deal with in regards to this range. Customer service matters. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER ORDER A FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCE AGAIN. In todays competitive climate you should take care of customers to create a loyal base. Business 101. Ill be sure to spread this message anywhere I can. Thanks for making what should be a simple process, a pain bc someone couldn’t do their job.
