Great lil fridge for traveling or wherever you want it. We used it for a long road trip . Kept drinks and cheese in it. Worked great.

Ridiculous customer support from Curtis International which is the company who owns Frigidaire. You will not get a response or help and for that reason alone I recommend not buying any items from them because if you need any warranty or parts support, you won't get it. No joke, it's non existent lol I ordered this as a Christmas present for this year and it came without the shelf (also in used condition even though I paid for a brand new one but that's Best Buy's fault). Definitely one of the worst and strangest customer service experiences I've had. I'm sitting here laughing to myself out of disbelief and utter confusion because I've never dealt with customer support that seems like it wants to do anything but support their customers. I've found myself saying "I just want the little shelf....can I just get the shelf? Why is everyone ignoring me lol" while my 2.5 yr old looks at me concerned and tries to offer me the shelf from her play kitchen. When a toddler offers better customer support than your company, there might be a problem lol I've attempted to get support for over a month! I've made 3 phone calls to their support number, sent 4 emails to their parts department (which is where they keep telling me to email), 3 emails to their main support email and even replied to an auto generated email that asked me to rate my customer service experience. I left a low rating and tried to reach out that way by leaving a detailed comment - anything to get their attention. I sent them all of the info they requested such as the part I need, pics of the missing part, pics of my receipt, mailing address, model number, item name, etc. No one replied to any of my emails - none of them. The ONLY reply I got was an auto reply saying they closed my case as resolved because they never heard back from me...which genuinely made me laugh out loud with frustration as I sat there looking at the multiple emails I've sent. When I called the only "help" I got was being told to keep emailing the parts and support departments. Even after I explained that no one has ever responded to my emails from either department. I asked to talk to a manager so I could give my feedback but they said there are no managers to talk to - you can only email the support or parts departments....I've worked in customer service on phones for 5 years so I am always careful to use kind words, not shout and not take out my frustration on the phone reps since I know from experience that sometimes they're just there to have a job and they know things are crappy but they can't change it. However, I also know that a proper customer support department should always have a reliable way to reach a manager when there's concerns or frustrations like this. Not getting any response for over a month and then being told the case is closed as resolved because of no response....that's so frustrating! Even more is that no one will give me a case or reference number when I call in but then the auto email directly refers to closing a case which means I have/had a case. On top of that, during my second phone call she said she created a case for me but didn't have a case or reference number to give me... During the call I made today I was told by the rep that he assumes that since they won't email me back they must not have the part and I should just go buy it somewhere else. He had no way of actually confirming that they don't have the part but he said that since I've waited so long and no one will answer me, they must not have it so I should either keep emailing until they'll answer me or go buy it somewhere. I've already paid for it though and I should get a replacement when it isn't included in my purchase so why would I go buy it somewhere else simply because their support teams don't want to email me back? All that being said, the actual fridge itself is cute. It's a nice size and seems like it will hold a decent amount. Would be great for a college dorm room or small apartment. I've yet to plug it in and try it so I don't know how well it actually works. But honestly, I'm afraid to try. If I plug it in and it doesn't work then I'll know I've just waisted my money because I know I won't get any help from them on fixing it. I'll wait until Christmas and if it doesn't work then at least I can distract him with his other present and maybe he'll forget about this one lol

This mini fridge is very cute, and fits cans as described, however, it does not cool well. I tried using this in the car and it could not cool down or maintain a cool temp due to the car heat. Also, as soon as the power is off it loses any coolness it has gained. It is not well-insulated and does not retain the cold air as I had hoped. I now use it in my guest room, where it works a little better. In an already cool room and when running continuously for days it is able to keep beverages chilled.

Ice cold and quiet. Bought it for my garage and would buy another one. Only problem is that it only holds 8 regular cans.

I purchased 2 of these and they have been working great. (they keep drinks cool but not cold like they are supposed to) the only downside is that they are a little noisy. The other thing about them is that they are taller and can hold taller bottles than a 6 can unit.

I got these for Christmas, yes very very ahead of Christmas. I haven't tried them yet but they look cute. I got them on sale so I'm ok with what I paid for them. However, this one is missing the shelf and appears to be an open box/used one. I contacted Best Buy and they gave a discount for it being used since I paid for/ordered a brand new one. They couldn't replace the shelf though and none of the stores near me had any in stock to replace it. I have to instead figure out how to contact Frigidaire to see if they can replace the shelf. It's a little pointless to have it without the shelf, in my opinion, so hopefully they can help. I have it 3 stars based on these circumstance. I can't say how well they work once plugged in since I haven't yet given it a try.

Used in my office to keep a couple sodas and coffee creamer "cool". It wouldn't cool as much as a fridge would. However, it died roughly a week after the warranty expired. I guess you get what you paid for. Next time, I'll just buy a normal mini-fridge.

Bought this for grandson's birthday and he loves it!! The best part for me was when I took it out the box, I discovered you can use it in the vehicle on trips!! We are all impressed!
