When I contacted customer support I was told that the color says pink, not hot pink. So even though the picture is hot pink and there are pictures of hot pink mini fridges in customer reviews (so clearly they received hot pink), I received a light pink mini fridge, not what is represented on the best buy website.

Have it set on 5 and anything not close to the little freezer on top is cold but not cold enough to drink. Move on and do not buy this.
