It's a solid AC support. It takes some drilling skills and a little patience to mount it to window frame. Level adjusting arm sometimes slips off the brick wall, though it stays on when more pressure applied. So its safe and sound when AC unit lays on it :) Just a tip for all who might use it in the future, try to mount it the way that AC unit is leveled not the bracket.

now using this bracket, but I'm depending more on window to hold unit. product is well made, and instruction are good but design is lacking a positive hold feature connecting top to bottom bar. unit depends on rubber foot holding to wall, which it doesn't do well, and needs either individual nuts/bolts for each side, or a long bolt/rod connecting top bar to bottom, which would also aid in adjusting level of air cond, (tightening long bolt provided does not provide adequate "pinch" of parts.

This bracket is okay for a small AC. The installation was a bit challenging because when the area that leans against the wall was put in place, the top part could not reach the ledge. Had to adjust it by making an additional hole so it could have a longer reach.

It holds the air conditioner in place. Great bracket for the price. It was more expensive at other stores. A little awkward to setup at first.

This is the second one I buy because the installation is super simple and it holds very well to my A/C. If I ever need another one, this one will be the one to purchase again.

It's good, sturdy but a little too short to get over window sill on my building.

First time using a bracket because my parents would always use bricks. This actuallt holds it in a better position and it's good!

It works but I will say this, I am a tradesman and this wasn't exactly ideal for my window so I used my background in construction to make it work. It's awesome and way less bulky than the platforms I've made in the past but it took a little skill to make it work in my windows. I am a fan though.

The support for the new Air Conditioner did not work with the type of windows it said it did. "Vinal Windows". I had to build a wooden frame to hold the Air Condition. The Air Conditioner I am pleased with. In dose very well. I was not able to get a refund as it was an open box item so far.

I bought it to support my window AC. But the angle of the bracket is kind of strange and obviously it did not fit my window. So, finally I set up the AC without using it.

Yes even you the mechanically challenged can install and have confidence when using this product. IT REALLY WORK AND WAS EASY TO INSTALL

I am easily adjust my new air conditioner at my room to use this accessories. It's good for everybody for supporting air conditioner.

The bracket came with all the components needed for installation. A very simple and safe design.

If you have the perfect window, then this will be perfect for you. It did not fit my window and needed some modification to support the A/C unit. Would look for a different one.
