Our daughter took this away to camp and really enjoyed taking pictures of her friends and the scenery. She also took some pictures of family, and everyone really enjoyed their instant photos. They have a version which has digital as well. I'd probably favor that one as you get the fun of instant pictures and a digital copy. But our daughter really likes the fun shape and color of the camera.

I recently gave the Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 Instant Film Camera as a gift, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The smile on their face when they opened it said it all! The Fujifilm Instant camera was a great addition to a recognition event. We were able to take a picture and give it to the recipient with expressions of appreciation. The camera was easy to use and exceeded expectations.

Good quality picture for the kind of camera it is. Bought for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Just think it needs to hold more film to takes pic or maybe make the picture button an auto focus or have to hold to take pic, if you barely touch the button it’s taken a picture. But all in all not a bad camera.
