It was easy to install in her camera and the quality was good. As far as the product it was good and satisfied. The quality of service by one of your associates was awful. I asked for help to find the film and he was to lazy to get off his chair to help me . He pointed in the direction of where I could find and stated “ we probably are out of it”. Customer service was zero stars .
