Much lighter than the original and easy to use. No wait for photo to develop. I would have given 5 stars but the film had a tendacy to jam. I like the memory card option.

Caught it on sale but would have paid the normal price anyways. Easy to use and the light that tells you which exposure setting to have it on is great. easy to refill. batteries last a long time too.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Easy to use and takes good pictures. The only reason not give it 5 stars is the cost of film and that there are only 20 pictures per pack.

Very fun to use, pictures come out fantastic. Easy to load and taking pictures is a snap. Great for scrap booking or refrigerators art. The only down side is the film is spendy

I think this is a great camera to have around beecause one, it reminds me of the olden days where we did not have those fancy camera and I just thought it would be nice to have these polaroid camera to be around :) and two, it's great for those who isn't into photography. I would say it is more like just for fun type of base. I bought it online here and when it arrived, it was safe and sound. I also test it to see if it works and it is awesome! I reccommend a case to protect it from the dust so that your camera last longer that way :) I have taken many pics with the perfect moments I had with friends, family, pets and nature!

The Instax Mini 8 camera has greatly satisfied my want for a new modern way to keep instant film in my life, since the demise of Polaroid. It seemed as though there wouldn't be a reasonable way to continuously pick up and shoot real instant film nowadays, but Instax has filled that void. If you're like me and sick of the solo cell phone digital camera shots, bring this camera back into your life so you can have some real fun and bring the beauty of instant film (back) into your life. Highly recommended purchase.
