Great camera and lens set for portrait

Bought it so that I can take better photos for my girlfriend. The filters are easy to set up and photo transporting to iPhone is super fast and easy. Really good product!

Slow to power on/wake from sleep/write to card

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a few good photos from this camera, but it was slow to power up from an off position, very slow to wake up and I did have it set to shoot raw/jpg - very slow to write to the card. I had a fast SD card in the card slot and did play with settings (taking it out of power saving mode did help, but only minimally). I've had other cameras that have been far less expensive and they have all been instant on and instant to wake from sleep. I took this on vacation with me to an animal sanctuary, and it was awful. I'm not expecting to get Nat Geo quality wildlife photos from this, but wouldn't wake fast enough to shoot anything alive. Fine for taking stationary objects like sculptures that aren't going anywhere. Wasn't worth the frustration.

Defective

The shutter button did NOT work, so I wasn't able to focus on the object or take a picture. Points for the camera looking good and the UI works. Thanks to BestBuy, I was able to return it for a full refund.

Such a great mirrorleas camera for the budget
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I teied the Sony a6600 and the Fujifilm XS-10 and this came close and was a winner. Ghe indoor pictures are brighter and has a much better shutter speed compared to ghe Sony Alpha.
