This camera was great. New to the Fujifilm ecosystem and already in love with it. Only issue I had with it was that every time it went into energy saving mode, I was not able to turn it back on without removing the battery. Not sure if it was a defective one, but ended up returning it and getting the x-t4.

Great hybrid camera, the dials and build quality is up to par to the famous fujifilms, the natural colors and ease of use is awesome for everything i need!

If you can afford the price of good lenses, this camera can generate beautiful pictures.

Best Buy’s service has beeen very difficult. I love this camera. It was so fun to use and learn on. My camera stopped working, I am not sure why. I had it stored in a Sea to Summit bag to protect it from rain and the humidity that I live in and it would not turn on when I took it out a few days later. I paid for the Best Buy geek squad 2 year plan. As I live on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, there are no Best Buy locations here. For months I have been trying to get my camera repaired by sending it to a store. I spoke with someone at first and he sent me a shipping label to get it to a store to be repaired, but 2 months later I got my camera back with a letter saying it could not be returned. That was not what I was told I was shipping it for. I’ve been on the phone for at least 15 hours at this point (maybe more) with no resolution and just keep being transferred or given a different number to call. Most recently one that I have left 2messages on and have received no calls back. I just want this camera repaired. I bought it to use for work. I spent 1500 dollars on it and now I feel like I’m spending that much worth of my time to repair it— if it is so difficult to have me ship to you for a repair, please just send me a new one? Or give me an option for fixing it please. I really just want assistance. I appreciate the product. Customer service has really been absurdly difficult and an extreme waste of my time. I would recommend this camera, but not bought through Best Buy.

While works as intended, I couldn’t stand the noise seen in the shadow areas at any iso above 400 so it didn’t fit my needs ended up returning it

still not a good mirrorless that fits all needs. For the price you would be better of with a trusted DSLR

This camera reinvented my love for photography - from the classic style of the camera itself, to the film simulations that are installed in it, to the metal kit lens that comes with it - it's a great hybrid camera for both beginners and pros alike.

This camera is a beast! It focuses fast, has a high frame-per-second rate, accurate auto focus, and of course those beautiful Fuji colors. The kit lens is very well-built for a kit lens and has a maximum aperture of 2.8 to 4.0 allowing for some shallow depth of field. The body is beautiful and all of the dials function well. It's also a very capable video camera. The 4K 60 frames per second video is amazing. If you read the YouTube reviews of this camera you'll see that it is currently the best aps-c camera on the market.

Great hybrid shooter. Kit lens is fairly sharp. Very happy with the kit.
