These grips will NOT include batteries. I feel like it should for the price of $330. The product is high quality though.
Best Buy please change this for future buyers- check image

The 2 star review of this product is no fault of this grip or Best Buy. It is fairly standard for a vertical battery grip to be this price for any camera and it is also known that these do not include extra batteries.
As for this grip, it is exactly what you would expect from a battery grip. Gives a nice, large feel for your XT-3 camera and the functional buttons and dials for portrait shots make it a breeze to use.
XT-3 batteries do not exactly last long, especially when compared to the XT-4 or other DSLR/mirrorless cameras. Having this grip with extra batteries definitely helps!
I would recommend this if you have an XT-3 and extra batteries!

This is a fantastic grip. I have had the 3rd party one, and its fine, but not nearly as good. I prefer the ergos on this one, and it can use 3rd party batteries unlike the other option.
There really isn't too much else to say. Its really well built and does what you need it to do.
