    Ordered the Fujifilm online to have delivered to my home. Only to receive an empty box (someone further down also said they received an empty box). The UPS driver came and showed me that packaging was open- the camera box was inside but empty so he took it back. I’m not sure if this is a carrier issue(UPS) or a Best Buy issue but either way, completely unacceptable. I just filed a claim for a refund through Best Buy because UPS said there was nothing they could do, and now it’s sold out. Hoping it doesn’t take long and I actually receive a refund. I genuinely don’t trust UPS OR BEST BUY at this point.

    I wanted to keep this camera but I must have received a "lemon". When I charged and inserted the battery, I kept getting an "error" message saying that the camera was over heated. Over heated? I had just opened the box, charged the battery, inserted the battery, turned on the camera and couldn't take any pictures because the error message kept appearing. I waited an hour and a half before trying to use the camera again but the same message appeared. I returned the camera the next day. I am sure that it was something wrong with this particular camera and not the norm for other X-T30II cameras. I still would recommend the X-T30II but I, personally, am now looking at the X-T5.

    No stars. I have not received this item after ordering it twice nor a refund. After not getting it the first time, Customer Service told me to have it delivered to the store. It has never arrived and my son did not have a Christmas present.
