The product itself is amazing, I love how the photos turned out. However, the purchasing experience was horrible. I ordered it for pickup and I saw that my order arrived at the store through the tracking it provided me. But after a few days, it still says preparing for pickup. I livechatted with customer service and they told me that the order is at the store and just go to the store to have them take a look. I went to the store and asked about my order, but the worker came back and told me that my order was stolen and it came in a empty box. He told me to email online support because the store cannot reorder the product. But they didn't think to even inform me about the situation? Had I not go to the store and ask I would never even know what happened. I then went online and chatted with online support and told them about the situation. But guess what? They told me there's nothing they can do and the store is supposed to order it. They kept telling me to go back to the store while the store told me to contact support. No one was helping me and resolving the issue and no one could cancel the order or reorder the order. I ended up ordering the camera again to receive the product.

I have been eyeing the Fujifilm xT30 ii for a while now and am so glad I went through with the purchase! The manual is user friendly, I love the film simulations you can program into the camera and ease of use. Definitely a camera I will be taking on multiple adventures in the future!

I LOVE this camera! I really enjoy the idea of shooting digital and having that film effect! Even though sometimes the photo app isn’t the best, my favorite part of this camera is that i can send the photos from my camera to my phone! coming from an older camera to this, LIFE SAVER! Id definitely recommend this camera if you love the film look!

Once you learn how to set up the camera, the user experience is amazing! I've gone from camera to camera finding something that worked for me. I switched from the Ricoh GR3, wanting a better autofocus and user experience. I was very happy with what I got with the X-T30.

I love the ability to add recipes directly to the camera. Im not a professional by any means butnits a pretty easy camera to get the hang of and its great for traveling. Reccomend for sure

Perfect everyday carry and travel camera. Purchased as a secondary camera to my X-T4, but I find myself picking this one up more often because of its size. Pairs perfectly with the XF35 1.4 and XF18-55

Perfect for anyone who chooses to purchase their first mirrorless camera.

I’m absolutely furious. I ordered a Fujifilm X-T30 II camera and a lens from Best Buy, and they sent me an EMPTY BOX. How does that even happen?! I contacted them immediately for a refund or replacement, and they initially said they’d refund me. But then, out of nowhere, they emailed me saying they wouldn’t give me anything. I even have solid proof from my building’s CCTV showing the delivery guy dropping it off like there was nothing inside, and they still refused to take any responsibility. I’ve now lost a ton of money because of their incompetence and lack of care. This whole situation has been a complete disaster. Best Buy is supposed to be a trusted company, but clearly, they don’t care about their customers or their mistakes. I’m left with nothing but financial loss, frustration, and a terrible experience. Stay far away from them unless you want to risk your money!

My daughter loves the camera, it takes great pictures. No issues so far, I will update if any come up.
