    Beautifully built. light yet solid. Tack sharp across the shot at f5.6 and beyond, still really good at f4 but will be soft in the corners for enlargements above 11x14. Terrific lens...

    Construction is typical Fuji. Top notch. Built like a tank. Best bang for the buck wide angle versus the faster but bigger 16mm. Fast enough at 2.8, small and portable for daily carry. Photos are crisp all the way to the edges.

    I have used both Canon and Nikon primes before, I have never been this satisfied with a wide angle lens. Very sharp, practically distortion free, and compact - perfect for street or event photography.

    Well constrctucted, optically great lens. Small, but hefty, nice wide angle. Fast, I like fast. I really like the way you snap the focus ring back and forth to engage and disengage manual focusing. AF works well for a Fuji X camera, (not good at AF). Love the lens. I use it a lot in street and landscape photography.
