This is the best scanner that I have ever purchased for our office. It has a good range of DPI and it is compact for a small office desk. It scans documents really fast!

Scanner works as promised. Integrates with various software seamlessly. Quick install and set up. Has several default settings and allows custom settings for various scan job types, color, b&w, etc... Scans fast and clear on both sides of page per settings. I purchased 2 for use in my office and couldn't be happier with them. Worth the money!

Fast scan B&W and Color. good quality , many settings. I only scan black and white but sometimes I get background dots, not too bad,documents still clear.

After the 6130 (made in 2008) was on its last legs, this 7160 was a much improved purchase. Scanning (both physically/software/OCR) are a lot quicker now, which saves a lot of time.

This scanner is a workhorse. We put thousands of pages through these scanners and they work flawlessly. The only issue is fujitsu stops supporting operating systems long before the scanners stop working. I wouldn't need to replace some scanners if the software was still compatible with newer operating systems.

our staff loves this scanner. It does a great job on large scans and is super quick. It works really well with our 3rd party tax software.

This scanner is used on a regular basis and during tax season scans 25-100 pages a time. The scanner rarely jams and holds up well.

This scanner is great for offices that are paperless. Scanning is quick and copies are so pretty! The equipment is worth the cost!

I bought 6 of these scanners already. They do a great job for a business like ours. We plan to add more as we add employees .
