Have now owned and used scanner for over a month. Absolutely no problems. Fantastic machine. Has not ever jammed and speed is as advertised. Have owned old neat scanner and this machine software is faster and more accurate. Neat software has more features but do you want more features or to just be done scanning? Absolutely recommend buying machine if you are heavy scanner like myself...200 pages a sitting is normal for me and 2 to 3 times per week. Buy it again for sure. Love it.

I purchased this scanner after reading the reviews for the Neat Scanner, the Olympus and the Cannon scanners. This product has the best reviews and I was not disappointed. It is more expensive, but worth every cent.

So excited to get scanner, but setup excruciating hard. You need to have an in depth IT knowledge to figure setup out. The info and materials that came with it do not work and no customer service phone number.

This is our second scanner, the first setup like a breeze and has been wonderful. This last one will not stay connected the computer, we have a Leveno portable computer (27" screen so not a tablet) and we have had nothing but problems. The IT from Fujitsu has been less than helpful.

I purchased this to be used in my office. It generally works fine. However, I installed the software on two different computers because I cant use it wirelessly. When switching from computer to computer, it locks up and each time i have to call tech support to get it working again. This is a real pain. Otherwise, I like it. I scan large documents, ids, various sizes, it all works really well. I like the ability to scan either just front or front and back. Resolution is sufficient for general office use. If it didn't move it between desktops, I would rate it a 5.
