I do not understand what Five Nights at Freddy's is, but I know my daughter had talked about it before and occasionally sees the merchandise in stores and asks for it. Apparently, she has a love-hate relationship with the toys, however. This particular one made her cry when she saw it. She said this particular character gives her nightmares (which prompted me to ask her why she should watch such a thing in the first place). Not sure I completely understand the mind of a fifth grader...
From an objective standpoint, the toy seemed well made and I didn't think the price was too bad. The rating is "Fair," however, because it may not be appropriate for all ages.
