Was not a chase. Not as advertised.

Did not get chase. Ordered it for pick up in store, was completely damaged. I asked for a replacement. So they shipped it to me. It came in a bubble mailer, not even a box. And funko was completely smashed. Who would ship a funko pop in a bubble mailer and not even a box. Is this a joke?? Will be going back for a 3rd time to get a replacement.
