Geek squad delivered and setup my new BDI stand. The guys were clean, put on shoe covers and actually read the instruction sheet to assemble the stand, picked up all the packing material and carried it out.

I bought two identical Tv consoles to sit side by side along one wall. Since the consoles were delivered separately, we had two different Geek Squads come in to assemble each of them as they arrived. I'm so glad we opted for the geek squad assembly as both teams had trouble aligning the doors of the console, and despite one reviewer claiming the assembly was simple, it wasn't, and I appreciated each team's hard work (one "geek" hurt his hand trying to fit two pieces together because the fit was very tight). Also, one of my consoles arrived damaged, and thankfully the geek squad discovered the damage themselves when opening the box which saved me from trying to explain that to customer service. The geek squad handled the arrangement of ordering a replacement as well as a pickup of the old one (because they use a third party for deliveries the pickup and delivery could not be done simultaneously) and they scheduled another assembly time for the new one. All the deliveries and pickups and assemblies were inconvenient because I had a return/exchange and the two consoles could not be delivered together nor assembled together, but Best Buy did compensate me for the inconvenience and I'm still glad I didn't attempt the assembly myself.

This large item was assembled promptly and accurately. Great service!

With my TTSBBY contract the Geek Squad technicians came to my house and assembled the Magnolia Home Theater Furniture. While Dave helped me with the new Harmony remote, Shawn put the cabinet with two door and two shelves together and he did a great job. I not sure I would have gotten it assembled, somewhat complication instructions. Thanks.

We have been using Geek Squad forever and now that we've had this amazing home theater system installation we have more pleased than we ever thought we would. They have never let us down and their service and patience is by far the best in the industry today.

Just heard about this game coming out today! Read some reviews on it and knew I had to have it. I am a big fan of the original for PS2. My PS4 just finished loading it and now it is read for play! Going to start it now but I know it is gonna be good.

The assembly was done very professional and perfect. A carpet cover was laid on the floor to keep it clean. Once assembled, the unit was placed where we wanted it and all boxing and paper was removed from the house

I would definitely again hire the Best Buy people to assembly another piece of furniture. The service was great and quick. The guys were really nice and clean up. They even wore little booties when walking through your house.

Because the unit is heavy and watching the Best Buy individual assemble this, it was well worth the money and saved us a lot of time. Our install person was great and friendly.

There are not a lot of corner TV stands. This one looks great. I have a 55 inch smart TV on it and it fits just fine.

Justin and his team expertly hung the mounts. I also referred my sister to the Geek Squad.
