I have reached out to Logitech and have been given a ticket number and told someone will contact me but have not got any response or update. At this time I can not recommend this product to any due to others may experience the same thing with no help from the company at all.

I was excited for him, but this turned out to be a let down. Aparently this works just like a cell phone with the xbox app. This is also glitchy and weird. Super disappointed
