    The Galanz microwave has a retro style to it and easy to use.I like the light color blue and heats up pretty quickly. It has interior light inside, also the keypad function is user friendly.

    This microwave is possibly the best appliance purchase ever! Galanz really nailed it out of the park with this microwave here, the red color combined with the retro style faceplate and knobs make this guy really stand out! The various cooking and defrost options are a huge added bonus that make this microwave the complete package!

    After a little over 2 weeks of using it this microwave has started to short out or just stop working while continuing to rotate the food. I have tried to contact the customer service to take advantage of the 1 year warranty but I have gotten no replies and even calling has lead to the line automatically being hung up with no operational hours. It is very limited as well when it comes to actually being used. The settings are virtually nonexistent and you can't be exact due to it only having a nob instead of any entering system. The only thing is that it looks nice but it also is the most needlessly large microwave I have owned.

    Has created a very loud rattling noise- we are going to be calling the Best Buy where we purchased it to see what needs to be done - love everything else about it
