The red one was #2 that I bought. The base mechanism that attaches to bottom of seat, it was bent to where couldn’t screw the screws in correctly. Finally got Got the base mechanism attached after about an hour. Putting the back part in seat, back did not align correctly. When finished putting together you could actually see it leaned to the side. My son sat in it and almost fell out of it cause the seat isn’t very big (he’s not a big kid at all). Very uncomfortable. It like pushes you forward when you sit in it. I’d give zero stars if possible. Not worth the money at all!!

Overall, this chair is great. The only issues I had were that one of the handles to tilt the chair was broken and that the seat is wide enough for my legs. If the seat was maybe three or four inches wider, it would be perfect. The chair is really comfortable.

Chair was defective by the manufacturer. I was unable to attach the right hand arm rest. The arm rest has four bolts that secure into the seat of the chair. Due to poor manufacturing, the seats leather material covered the bolts on the right side of the seat. The only way to install the right side arm rest is to cut into the seats leather material and void the warranty. Left side arm rest was good. However, I can't recommend an expensive chair that wasn't built correctly by the manufacturer. Trying to return the seat has been extremely difficult too. Would be easier to just cut up the chair and void the warranty... But why pay hundreds of dollars to do that????

This chair has been pretty awesome. I like being able to lounge back and kicking up my feet with the foot rest. Chair is a bit on the heavy side but that was to be expected. Definitely recommend this chair if you're looking for an upgrade on your ordinary computer/gaming chair.

Great chair kind of a tough assembly. 2 people required for the assembly but nice chair.

Brought this chair a year ago to try out gaming chair. It was a mistake to purchase this product. The box that the chair came in was damaged with missing parts. I tried emailing customer service to see if they can send me the missing part but refused to send because "It's BestBuy problem that the box was damaged and not ours". Returned this chair and spend an extra $150 on a better chair from Secret lab.

assembly was pretty easy. quality looks good MY son has used it for about a month and no problems

Best Buy has delivered this chair twice and both time it was broken.

This chair is comfortable and durable. Great for gaming! Great size chair for someone plus size

This was the 1st one that I bought. Got it all taken out of the box. Took all pieces out of the bags. Noticed that the metal piece that stick up to attached the back to, one of them was bent and where it went into the seat, it was cracked open. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!

Don't purchase this product. I put the chair together the first day I got it everything was going smooth until I decided to use the leg rest which snapped where the metal rods go into the plastic holder not even after 30 minutes of use, they sent me the wrong arm for the right arm, the back of the chair feels weak and is misaligned on the left side which sits higher then the right side, the where the rgb lighting is the plastic cutout is not held in by anything, the leather is attached to the foam so there are gaps where if anything remotely has a edge it will poke through the leather not to mention the chair is squeaky and creaks with every tiny little movement. I had emailed support about replacing the right arm rest and to be honestly reading their replies just made me quit caring with how bad they were written. I'm honestly amazed that bestbuy sells this without testing them and not selling chairs like DxRacer or Respawn or any other company I've actually heard of before. The price is not worth it.

RGB and a comfy chair! Such an amazing chair, the fact I can have RGB in the back is great! In fact I use the RGB just for lighting as a way for my green screen believe it or not. But other than the RGB it is very durable and also comfortable! I would recommend this chair to anyone!

Been watching some YouTube videos about the chairs for my gaming setup, the cushion is surprisingly supportive when you game. The stitches look very nice

I have been using this chair for quite a while actually. I have to say it still holds up! Not only is it comfortable but you can change the arm rest level and rock back in forth in it. Honest I have been using this chair and I'm going to keep using it for a long time.
