It is a cool concept. It is well build and does not feel cheap. It even has great haptics which I think is pretty cool. However, connecting it to my devices was a huge ordeal, and most of the time it didn’t even work. The app also was not working great. So overall the hardware was really good, but when it came time to actually connect it to something and play games, it was a big disappointment.

This is an awful product. The instruction manual is clearly written by someone who doesn't have a strong sense of the English language. The instructions are unclear and oftentimes omit important information (example: when you are trying to start the controller, you need to push the bottom button in conjunction with the on button, at which point it will turn on). My first attempt several months ago ended with me not being able to connect my Z7 to the controller. I contacted costumer service, and they basically copied and pasted information on their website in their response. I was able to get the controller to connect today (12/23/2025) but I was unable to map the controls from my phone. This product has been nothing but a headache to try and troubleshoot. When I connect my PS4 controller to my PC, it takes roughly 30 seconds to do that. I've spent several hours trying to get this piece of (fun) to work with no success. For anyone who reads this, please consider a different business and don't give these (highly effective business workers) any of our money.

Good accessory to have for playing mobile games. My only complaint is having wrist pain from twisting my wrists towards my body to be able to see the screen.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my brother in law. He was super grateful, but I never got to see him use it. I was bribed by Best Buy to write this review for a chance at a $400 gift card.
