I gave it an average rating because although they were on time they were unable to install because of the wrong part not the installers fault but the customer service we spoke tail advised us of the wrong part. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule I never received a call back

The agents installed a remote Chamberlain garage door opener and did an excellent job! Perfect!

technicians arrived in a rush and didnt complete the set up process. they assured me they would return at a later date to complete (3rd trip) but never returned. Store team was amazing but the installation team was less than helpful. I guess we need to return the 3 opener controller kits we purchased

Couldn't connect to wifi

He spent at least 2 hours trying to connect the WiFi. Called for assistance and eventually left without installing it. I brought the hub inside and it connected. Called Chamberlin for the tech support to finish connection. The product works great but the directions are not correct and almost impossible to follow. Definitely just call Chamberlin to assist for a quick setup.

Was promised on three separate conversations with Geek Squad that they would install my Garage Door Opener, purchased from Best Buy, but each time had to cancel saying they do not install garage door openers. Would have never purchased the Opener if I knew my membership would not provide installation
