I had been run off the road and was fortunate it was a wide grass median and didn’t hit anything. Had the driver hit me or had I hit something, or God forbid someone, how to prove I wasn’t the one driving distracted since the driver never stopped. I researched dash cams and made this purchase. It was easily installed, easy to set up on the app and to download video or photos to my phone. I haven’t had the need for it on a collision yet but believe this will be proof of my story, at fault or not.

The video quality of this dash cam is very good. I’ve not had any issues. Very easy to retrieve videos/pictures when needed.

almost perfect, night time recording is a little fuzzy and it keeps shutting off because of the heat. the biggest flaw is the mount. I use this in my commercial truck and I get cracked windshields a lot. so having to buy endless supplies of double sided sticky pads gets pricey.

Not only does the dash cam record HD video and audio, but also provide monitoring to identify key situations to promote driver awareness. 1) radar detector 2) preceding car approaching quickly 3) passing over solid lines on road when over certain speed and 4) car ahead taking off and not accelerating at green light. All these situations are a big help to my father remaining alert when driving while also keeping clear record of his travels; well worth the higher grade product pricing.

Great hd video recording and its Smallest in size.

The camera itself is a really good dashcam for the price you pay. The foreword collision warning could be better but it doesn't affect the overall performance. The only problem I have is the power cord that's included with the camera. After two weeks my cord crapped out on me.

Bought this as a present for my trucker husband. He loves it. So easy to use and works well for what he needs.

Compact and excellent features. It is replacing another dash cam which was more expensive and not as feature laden as this one.

I purchased a dashcam to make sure that this new year would be accident free from anyone. Lately ive been having to deal with close calls due to other peoples poor driving, and now this has secured a sense of relief. Visually clear, even at night! comes with a little 4gb sd card, although i recommend upgrading if you need longer videos. but that really doesnt matter because you can save clips to your phone via bluetooth anyways. 10/10 would recommend/mend.

Works well, so far. No complaints. Starts recording when I turn on the engine and turns off when I turn off the engine.

Great camera all around. Night vision could be better, but overall its worth the price. I purchased this camera after a hit and run. Exactly 2 weeks after I purchased this I was hit yet again. Insurance and other driver tried to place the blame on me. Thats when this camera saved me and paid for itself. They ruled the other driver at fault. Im in the process now in hardwiring it to my vehicle. I have 2 of these now for both of my cars. Great purchase.

The only negative I’ve found is with the adhesive magnetic windshield mount. The mount on directly to the windshield is fine but the glue that holds the metal disc and magnet is a bit of a problem. If it gets warm out and the sun hits your windshield the adhesive softens and will fall of. I had to glue it back on with epoxy.

Easy set up , way to use app to link footage to your phone can easily share videos with friends . The only thing I wish the hard wire cables would come with the camera so you can take advantage of the park assist can eat h over your vehicle when it's parked . But all in all great camera for the price .

I had DashCam 35, it was ok, but it died all of a sudden. I always hid it away from sun when not in use and still, got a little more than a year out of it. So I bought this one, I like the size of it and mounting is much better than DashCam 35, in fact better than some I have seen. It also records audio. Pretty neat.

Liked the first one so I bought a second DashCam for our other car. I like the speed and location log it does on the videos. I wish it had a more universal connection for the mounting. A screw on type versus the little ball would allow for more variety in mounting scenarios. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Stays on, records great, wonderful quality and is rather easy to use

I have bought many cheep as seen on TV cameras but they don't come close to the build quality as this Garmin

I purchased this as my Death cam lol (Hey i drive i small car) But this has been a work house and has been great!. I recently just purchased two more (but Garmin 46) and would definitely recommend this, WHY? because you can play the video back on the unit as well OR use the app. It is also more intuitive and the menu structure seems to work consistently every-time i use it without issues.
