||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.on my first day using it it got me lost for 2 hours.... i think also it should tell you your turn offs and upcoming roads in a longer time before the time it lets u know is too short.. esp with a truck and trailer u dont hv much time to move from lane to lane with such long vehicle... i will give it another try before deciding if to keep it or not

I did not buy a refurbished I bought new and no manual at all for anything, so I have only used it for basic searches. Trying to get one sent is like an act of Congress, on hold for over 30 minutes and still nothing. Would be happy but as of now not a happy camper.
