I purchased this for my husband to us while driving tractor trailer truck long haul over the road. It is perfect for a new long haul driver who is not familiar with all the roads outside of their own state. It even tells him which roads big rigs are not allowed on!!

It is a very good product and it works very good at keeping you in the truck routes.

I have had this model type of GPS for ten years it has been the most accurate, but have had to change it twice not sure why the past ones stop working but have always bought the insurance and it has worked for me, overall I have been very satisfied with my Garmin.

This is the best GPS unit I have ever used!! I never know what size truck I will be delivering in from day today. with this unit I can choose between semi tractor trailer down to a cargo van or car. lifetime updates and traffic are a nice add on!!

This GPS is the best. It has everything I need for my truck.The thing I like about it most is it has voice command. The GPS I had before didn't have that but it's such an advantage to have and very helpful that it makes putting in my stops so easy.

Great Bluetooth for Truckers. Don't just plug it in and run with it. You must do a map update first. I say this because several people I've spoke to said they just pulled it out of the box and wondered why they were having problems getting around.

My husband needed this for work. Updates on our laptop which is great.

My company needed this to be compliant with the new ELD mandate. Combine this bad boy with an ELD and you're done. Keeps miles and trucker hours to easily be detached and shown to anyone needing to see it. Oh yeah, and it's a GPS.

It makes my routes safer and help me do my job more efficiently!

I drive commercial trucks for a living & this GPS has been a tremendous asset. The built in traffic receiver has saved me alot of potential delays on the GW & many other highways. Best truck gps I've ever used!

I called And said, price doesn’t matter, I want the best truck gps for my drivers.... this item is so amazing my drivers called and said Thank you. I’ve bought two and will buy one more for spare.

For example, I-80 at Sparks, NV. Exit 19 takes me to the TA, but Garmin wants me to take exit 20, which - because I live in Sparks, I know will route me into a Roundabout that trucks get trapped in all the time. If I don't take its recommended exit (which I don't), and stay on exit 19, and at the light that is 75 feet from the TA's fuel line entrance, it either tells me to take on-ramp up ahead (which returns me to freeway), or take left onto a street that will eventually take me back to freeway. I would say only purchase it if you already have a good idea how to get to your destination, though perhaps a bit hazy on details, but DO have the ability and experience to see what's in front of you and act on that instead of blindly (robotically) doing what the GPS wants you to do. On interstates and freeways, it's mostly good, but not always, either.

This gps has made our life on the open road so much easier. Feel confident using my gps no matter where I end up going. I would definitely buy one of these again

I like it very much, could be alot better with minor touch up on a few things and it be perfect. Not like the rand McNally I bought and trusted and brine down a few months of use.This thing so far so good can't go wrong.
