I set all parameters of my truck in and planed trip from Queens to Manhattan. Despite of 12' 6" hight of my tuck...Navigation directed my to Ed Koch queensborough bridge- upper level -12' hight. I have doubt that this product is reliable.

It’s constantly freezing and u have to unplug it so it can cut off which usually takes a few minutes then plug it back in to get it going again. The directions are no good , I understand we need to follow truck routes but this things detours u like an extra 5-10 unnecessary miles. I hate it sucks !!!
