I drive for a living and was using the unit when it shut off and it was plugged in my vehicle. I tried charging it again through my computer all night it's still dead this morning. I had called Best Buy last night and found that Best Buy does not stand by their product that they sell because I didn't buy an extended warranty the item is a month old. Did not realize when I purchase you only had 15 days to return even if the item is defective and does not work. It did not keep when it was working proper speed limits for my area at all and it kept trying to route me no matter how many times I changed it on to roads that were dirt roads that you would not drive on to get where you're going but I could have lived with that. It only has one star because I have to give it a star in order to do a review. The only thing I did like is I did not have to use my phone as my GPS. I'm very disappointed in Garmin and even more disappointed and Best Buy for not standing by a product that they sell. Glad I paid through PayPal they're taking care of this for me.

As old as our Garmin is it works like a dream. Also like the idea that it has a lifetime of map updates comes in very handy with all the new roads in our area.
