Customers highly value the Drive 60LMT's large, easy-to-read screen and the helpful traffic updates, which often provide alternative routes and accident alerts. The device is also praised for its user-friendly interface and clear voice guidance. While some users experienced occasional GPS inaccuracies, the positive feedback on other features outweighs these concerns.

This was the replacement after the first Garmin didn't include traffic notifications as we were told it would. We were told it was an extra part that cost $100. So this is the one we were told includes traffic. It doesn't though so we may be returning it.

I am familiar with operating gps's. I have checked ALL settings and could not find any reason for this behavior and never got me to my destinations. Troubleshooting a gps while traveling is not something I want to do. Thankfully I had AAA TripTiks that were bang on! I will be returning this item. My faith in Garmin has been seriously tarnished.

This is a very capable gps but I don't like it as much as previous garmin's I've owned. The unit mounts to the window mount much different than previous garmin's and the interface takes some getting used to.

I love the gps but totally disappointed that it does not have Canadian maps. I spend 6 months North of the border. My Tomtom came with all the maps

The features on it are not as good as my old Garmin. Can not save routes under a name. hard to locate address in different towns. Have to change city names to locate an address. Have used it 5 times and still trying to learn how to use it.. My wife dose not want to use this item, to hard for her.

Works great. Nowadays my smartphone does just as well but I still like having it in my car. Short battery life is its biggest issue.

Between Garmin Drive (60 and 61) and Garmin Drive Smart 61, I've prefered the Garmin Drive 60 - not the 61 neither the Smart line. The main difference is that model it's not necessary hookup your cellphone to get the Trafic updates. It works nicely so far.

Even though there was a large self stick on note across the screen boldly stating it is Ready For Use, it would NOT start. I tried charging and there still was not a response. I tried holding the start button on the back for a long time, just quickly pushing and releasing and just pushing and releasing. The box did not have the usual seal on the box and usually found. It may have been a defective item re-boxed. In either case it did not function.

When a device won’t power on a soft reset often resolves the issue. Connect the device to a power source with a USB cable, vehicle power cable, or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. Once the device powers on I would suggest fully charging the battery. Here is a Garmin Product Support article that gives all of the charging details: https://support.garmin.com/faqSearch/en-US/faq/content/TiDz048p5C6qe2dMv5tNU7
