I highly recommend this GPS. The smartphone link is a great feature for up to date traffic and smartphone notifications. I also will like having lifetime map updates.

It's a replacement from my old GPS which was also a garmin. This one is easy to use and has lots of extras that pop up easily. Very cool device and saves on my phone

Really easy to navigate. Updates are easy. Absolutely love the live traffic updates.

Device is quite accurate but gets confused when navigating from parking lots to designated highways. However, it corrects itself in a short period and provides an accurate location. I'm still learning from the web PDF manual, so the above minor shortcomings may be rectified by this user.

This is my second Garmin as the last one died after four years. It is a vast improvement for about the same price BUT I was disappointed to have to purchase the traffic wire for $70. I understand the theory that it they don't have to build the units with an antenna in them and the traffic wire works much better than my old Garmin LMT did. All in all, I love the unit and will be a Garmin customer forever.

I used this for a trip and it worked pretty good...showed me speed limits and where there were red light cameras. It is much better than my phone gps. Good buy

This is to replace the old GPS for my daughter. She had a Garmin that was to old it couldn’t be updated anymore & loved it. So this is her Christmas present.

Good product for a good price, it does everything i need when driving, there's really no reason i see to spend 3-4 times more money on a top of the line gps

I like being able to get from Point B to Point C in an unfamiliar town. I often fine new routes to go places.

Maps are wrong...... When I type in a address.... 555 Canal Street... I know there are two identical address.... 1 in Metairie....and 1 in downtown New Orleans...The old Garmin that I had let me pick between the two.....Now it doesn't . It takes you to the Canal address that is closest to you...

Got this as a gift it works just fine but since I drive a truck it was hard to see so I upgraded to the 6.9

The voice command is great, you can be totally hands free. It also will let you know if your near a school zone, the current speed limit, help you find a place to eat, and remember the last few places you have been. Again all hands free.

I bought this on sale after having read the reviews. It is easy to use. I like the fact that the maps can be updated each year. My car GPS costs $200 for a new updated maps disk. This cost less on sale and is easier to use than the old GPS models in cars. I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Love voice command and ease of use. Smart notifications are a big plus.

With no smart phone I had to buy one when traveling cross country because the old one wasn't working. I love this new one and it works much like a smart phone. You no longer have to have the address to find some location including those for which you only know the catagory. It didn't take long to adapt to the changes and I now wouldn't travel without it.

The display is big and it’s easy to use. The Bluetooth is nice to have too.

The unit does a decent job of navigating. I wish it was more customizable. I don’t like how they use a proprietary mount. My last one was flat on the back, so I could use the Scosche neodymium mounts. This one they made it so you have to use their crappy mounts.

Old Magellan finally bit the dust and heard good things about Garmin. Took a little adjusting but pleased with this GPS. Older model didn't have as many functions so it was confusing at first but happy overall with purchase.
