I've been very happy with the Garmin device Sage of the years I do like the voice function. I had purchased a slightly higher end model of the Garmin first but upon getting it home found out it was not working it would not boot up and would not come on I went on line. tried all the procedures to reboot and reset the device none of which seem to work. I took it back to Best Buy where I had purchased the unit the girl tried to get the unit to power on but was unsuccessful she offered to swap it out but turned out they did not have the same unit in stock of course my general luck. She offered to order the exact unit but that was going to take 8 to 10 days I was going on a trip and did not want to have to wait that Links of time. So I ended up taking the next unit down from the one that I had purchased so far have been happy with it even though it has one or two features that I was kind of looking forward to having but we're not a big deal. One of those would have been a front facing camera that would have recorded while driving to capture road conditions or traffic accidents should they occur to either me or the car in front but still overall have been very happy with the unit. I did appreciate the Best Buy employee who happened to be the girl who waited on me when they bought the unit to help me with swapping it out for one that worked.

This has been very easy to use and I love all the options it has to offer.

I needed a newer GPS after purchasing a new vehicle only to find out that my older Garmin Nuvi 155 would not work in the newer car due to all the new electronics in the vehicle. The old GPS could never find the satellites, the new GPS finds them right away and also is easier to listen too.

I'm very happy with this gps its spectacular and easy to use

I like the traffic alerts. I have purchased this brand in the past and they have performed well.

We bought this GPS for my MIL. She loves it. It gives the option to manually type the location or the user can speak the location. It is easy to use. If I didn't already own a GPS, I would have purchased another for myself. Sometimes phones aren't great for using GPS in certain areas as they can lose connection. Have no experienced this yet with this GPS.

I gave this to my dad for Fathers Day. He loves it. Its an upgrade to his last Garmin. The screen is bigger and it has extra features. He likes that it shows him detailed information. If there is a wreck or something ahead then he can change or reroute his direction for his trip. I also purchased him a Garmin Golf watch for Christmas. We love all things Garmin :)

Just returned from a 3,220 road trip. Loved many features of this Garmin - especially Voice Command. The prompts after driving two hours for next gas/food/rest area is helpful feature. Easy to create trip routes, saved places, etc. Had earlier model Garmins, and this one is great!!!

Even that it Was black friday the pick-up Store option Was great quick no lines great service

Used my Garmin from Georgia to Bremerton Washington. Samantha guided me to Mount Rushmore, SD, Yellowstone park & Grand Canyon. We also went to see The meteor Creator. This was a very good tool to have, especially since we had no idea where we were going.

This gps is great but I only give it a 4 stars because the voice to tell you to make exits or turn is kind of slow. It will tell you to make a turn right when you reach it so it like "oh it to late now gotta go for the next exit". But other then that it great.

I was having a hard time finding a unit to buy, later settled for this garmin. I'm so loving the look and functions. This is my best buy.

Saved my bacon when my phone didn't have service in the middle of illinois... i recommend it

I have used it for several long distance road trips and it has come invaluable during big traffic jams on the interstate where I needed another route when available. The blue tooth connection to my cell phone works beautifully and can do all the calling or answering hands free.

I brought this for my daughter who uses the GPS because she drives for a living. Started working straight out the box. So far no complaints - she is able to use this instead of her phone (company does not allow phone use while driving). So it has been very helpful for her to find streets and get to her locations fairly quickly

This GPS is extremely easy to use! I purchased it in preparation for a long trip. I was very pleased at the ease of setup and use . Unlike previous models this doesn’t have to be hooked up to a pc for setup or updates. The WiFi is a very useful feature.

Bought as a gift. Not overly complicated yet will remain timely w/ auto update feature.
