I have had Garmin GPS models previously and this latest purchase did not disappoint. There are many new features such as the ability to connect your cell phone that is a very useful new feature for older model cars.

Great Garmin GPS. Built in dash cam is a plus. Garmin allows map and software updates unlike some other brands. Screen size could be bigger for a GPS in this price range.

I like the large display but I’m not crazy about Garmin’s mapping system. It takes you on many dirt roads and it does not respond quick enough at times.

GPS units have come a long way a long way, and being a family who have tried different brands, we always come back to Garmin. This GPS surpassed what we wanted and expected, and the price was pretty decent as well!

We mostly use this for getting near the location for our geocaching. The setting are different for our older one but works good. This has warning alerts which can be helpful

I had to return this one. It would tell me to get off the freeway at EVERY exit just to put me back on it. Very confusing since I was in a strange city. I did buy a different Garmin that worked well until it was stolen.

My first ever GPS device. Older person, not too tech savvy. Even HARDER if there is no instruction manual to follow. Online manual isn't too helpful because had to keep going back and forth, wasn't easy to follow. Manual isn't easy to find out how to correct information route that I entered incorrectly. For a more techie person this is probably easy to figure out. Even with that being said, HAS great screen lighting, once I figured out how to enter my route info was easy to go from there.

I had better luck with my old Garmin from 2009! I use this gps daily for my job as a sales rep in NH & ME and depend on correct directions! About once a week I would get completely wrong mapping and would have to revert to my smart phone app for correct directions. Today, the unit died. I tried to plug it into my computer when I got home and it simply won't turn on. I'm better off upgrading to unlimited data on my phone and using Waze. Very disappointing as I wanted to keep my phone separate from my gps.

Recommensed by my coworkers. Was easy to transfer saved places once I looked up the procedure on the web (nothing in box or on web site that I could find) but experience tells me the Garmin has the most accurate routing.

Maps are great. GPS basic data is excellent. Returned product because I paid to have traffic in the unit. Do not want to pair my phone for traffic. That's my personal preference. Unit works well can't comment on traffic data.

I enjoy this gps, but there are many of the features that are not working or compatible with iPhone. Hope there are some firmware update. I still miss my Nüvi 3790LMT.

Product has the most features for the least money. But I think since everyone uses their phones now, it was a little pricey. The sales associate was awesome!

Compared with a previous model, it was sensitive to touch, with bright, sharp display, However programming it was not intuitive and difficult to figure out.

Clear directions and lane guidance, with realtime traffic information so you are always on the fastest route. The avoidance feature such as U-turns or highways is useful. Simple and easy to use, straight out of the box.

I used my GPS from Fort Washington Maryland to Dublin Ohio. The machine works magnificently well. Has the name of all area at the ready, even have cautioning system to warn me when going over the speed limit of any area.

It has very clean interface which will keep your eyes on the road. Map updates are done via wifi and you dont have to connect to a computer for that

This is a replacement for a Garmin GPS that quit working. We do a lot of traveling (239,000 miles on our car) so a GPS is the best addition we can have. The Garmins we have owned have seldom failed us.

This GPS is loaded with features, like voice command that sometimes actually works. I have found it difficult to get it to understand many of my requests for specific places. Sometimes it does not want to power up until I hold the power button, pull the plug and then plug it back in while holding the power button. Weird and annoying when resuming a journey after a stop. Has done it in summer and winter, so it does not appear to be a temperature thing.

Could not be happier with this product. It has all the best features of my previous unit, but goes even further. It's Garmin, and that name is synonymous with quality. I will always be a loyal Garmin customer.

I feel the GPS needs another option to determine how it navigates - add a choice to use mostly freeways. It didn't matter if I checked shortest distance or fastest time, it continually tried to take me off of the interstate to go cross country on a two lane. slower highway with a lot of traffic. It was not the fastest time.
