Would occasionally take us to stores that didn't exist, we would get to where it said the store should be and would find out nearest location was 8 miles away. But now it won't even turn on some days. Considering how much we paid for this item I am disappointed it didn't even last a full year. Some days it still works OK and then other days it won't turn on at all. Can't figure out a rhyme or reason to when it doesn't work and when it does. Just has a mind of its own these days. For over $100 I expected more.

Posted .When a device won’t power on a soft reset often resolves the issue. Connect the device to a power source with the vehicle power cable or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. Once the device powers on I would suggest fully charging the battery. The mapping can easily be resolved by the updating to the latest mapping and software. This model includes Built-in Wi-Fi® for easy map and software updates. By try 10 I usually am yelling the address and not only does it not come close it adds numbers, leaves out the street and does not recognize basic common places (like a shopping store or car dealer). Typing in the address gives you a 70% chance of getting it correct. I am on the road all day and just want to get a GPS that can guide me there. Had the Nuvi for years but regret this expensive windshield bling because it is truly worthless.

Most of the time it did not Connect to Receive traffic. I had to restart the GPS & My phone just to get a Connection that didn't last. Only thing it was connecting all the time is the Bluetooth. At less garmin got something right. I just stay with TomTom at less their gps work. Good bye Garmin
