    This Garmin replaces an older model. It has a larger screen and a few more bells and whistles.... It's a Gramin!

    This is a good GPS. It does the job. I give it four stars instead of five because I found it easier to evaluate alternate routes and points of interest with a Magellan GPS from around 2008 or 2009. I didn't go with a Magellan GPS this time because of their unstable firmware updates that I had to deal with at that time. Maybe they have addressed the issue since then. I don't know but,I didn't want to risk it again so,I purchased this Garmin GPS.

    The Garmin DriveSmart 60LMT 6 GPS is very nice. I would like a screen that doesn't go dim unless plugged in, or at least the option to choose the time before it goes dim when unplugged from 12V power. Also, the menu requires too much typing. I don't like constantly having to enter the state when I am searching for an address. Give me the option to limit choices to one state unless I override that choice.
