Works right out if the box - no setup or downloading of maps necessary. Traffic avoidance is a nice feature. I haven't used the Bluetooth feature.

GPS has multiple features requiring a new user to read the on-line manual to get the most out of this product. Finding directions using cross streets was not apparent and required looking at the manual to learn how.

This product has worked wonderfully. It shows me the map, the speed limit, my speed, all restaurants, gas stations and rest rooms. I love know how many more miles I have left on a trip.

My hubby has no sense of direction and this keeps him going in the right direction! Only trouble we've had is when the road has undergone construction that changes turns like a new traffic circle.

Love the larger screen and information provided is a definite upgrade in services. However, the map and directions are lacking. Unit has severall times had me tuning at the wrong streets and once had me turning into a large cornfield. This is very frustrating when in larger city with heavy traffic. Unless they fix these bugs, this will probably be my last Garmin. Would not recommend at this time.

Bought for my teenage son so i can have my garmin back :) Love the garmin, can't go wrong with the brand. I always buy the protection plan just in case there is an issue in future.

I've always had a Tom Tom and I'll never go back. This Garmin has everything i need. I'm a trucker and with the lifetime maps and real time traffic that's a plus. Overall great product!

I was pleased with this GPS. Pros: WiFi is a nice feature. Cons: Lost the trail feature, that let you see where you've been for the last 500 miles. Have to use phone or buy a different power cable to get traffic.

Purchased the Garmen to use for long distance trips and locally to find customers homes. Worked great Jan-Mar and then it stopped charging. Went to my local Best Buy, tech concluded it was the charger and gave me the option of buying a new one or using my extended warranty which I come to find can only be used once. I purchased a new charger and all was good for 2-3 weeks until that charger stopped working. I’m not sure what my next step will be.

I have used it 2 times and it was great, but yesterday I wanted to use it and the screen would not come on. Later in the day I tried again and it came on. I know the cable from the cigarette lighter to the Garmin was working because the red light on the plug was lit. I would give it a 5 star but I don’t know if I have a problem or not!

I like the voice search for addresses it really helps, I use it to get to customers houses for work, it is reliable had for about over a year and it still works

We took this on a recent trip to Canada. Got us exactly where we needed to be every time. It even showed the speed limit reductions for construction zones and the deer crossing signs.

Easy to see screen night or day since it adjusts automatically due to light. Great directions, saying things like “stay in two right lanes to exit”. Excellent device

Would like a longer warning on turns, sometimes difficult to change lanes when traffic is in the way. Milage warnings for changes are in miles ie 1/4 mile. I find a tenths of a mile easier to estimate

This was exactly what I wanted. The learning curve was easy to handle and it kept us from getting lost in a city that I had ALWAYS gotten lost in before having the Garmin.

Nice it lets me know when I'm getting near railroad tracks for school and speed limit changes never misses a spot always gets me to Jack Lee where I want to be

Great product! Love how it tells me exactly when I get there. However, I didn't realize I would need to spend more and get a separate traffic cable to get all the benefits. I ordered that too and now I love it.: )

So far so good works +++ easy to read and up to date voices good All GPS devices need to advise sooner for directions and turns in all areas but this one is good

Only gps I’ve used that shows which side of the road your destination is on when you look at directions summary. Good feature for me as I am a delivery driver

I have been using a Garmin for the last 7 years and can't imagine traveling anywhere without it. It is an addition to my older model so I can have one in each vehicle.
