I bought this for my elderly parents for Christmas because of the screen size. The screen is big and bright. The unit has a lot of nice features. I did have issues updating the maps via Wi-Fi. Had to hook up to the computer to finally get the update to work. Wish the power ran through the mount rather than having to plug and unplug the USB cable constantly. Otherwise it's a Garmin GPS. Very accurate and easy to use.

I like the Garmin Drive Smart 61 unit overall but I miss my Nuvi 2689 LMT (lost a battle with the sidewalk and was my favorite unit to-date). I like the wifi feature for map upgrades, voice command works fine, D.S. 61 is just bigger than I'm used to. It's kinda like sticking a tablet to your windshield. The only other option bestbuy has in this range is way smaller, has a dash cam built in, and was a little more expensive.

This GPS is awesome. Easy to use. Large screen. Voice command is great.

The only thing I don't like is it never gets the right addresses with voice command. So I have to type it in, which kinda defeats the purpose.

To my surprise this Garmin was faster and seemed more up-to-date on most maps; however some maps of 3 year old communities were still not added. Would be nice if they were.

The Garmin - DriveSmart 61 LMT-S provide a good size sharp display. The maps are all loaded and do not depend on a cell data connection which makes it great for everywhere. This beats the down fall of most smartphone map apps, The unit is quick, provides good routes and easy to use.

The screen speaks for itself once you turn it on. The GPS is pretty self explanatory in regards to using it. The ability for it to update via Wifi is great. The only downfall of the Wifi update, is that you have to bring it into your house and plug it into the wall since the update takes over an hour to complete. Overall, very happy with this GPS.

I like that it shows you the lanes when your on the highway. It's not to big and just right for view while driving. Your able to move the cursor to jump letters and you don't have to back space if you misspelled or did a typo on street address. Finds great places for food, entertainment and most of you can change your route. Wait for the discount before purchasing.

I bought this Garmin a while back to replace my old one. I have absolutely no complaints about this. It is very easy to use, and everything is Wi-Fi so no more plugging it in to your home computer for updates! You just need a hot spot and a few minutes and you are all ready to go. I love the sleek design of it as well. Garmin did another job well done on this one.

It is very specific about turning lanes keeps you honest with the ding everytime you speed, pass by a school zone or red light camera area.

The size is amazing and bluetooth connection to my phone is great.

have to locate a lot of real estate locations, it takes me right to my locations and even warns me of speed limit changes, school zones coming up etc, a large screen and easy to glance at, got the optional dash board bean bag holder that makes for a perfect position, free updates for life on the unit, couldn't be happier with the entire package

I really like the garmin, it’s a great brand. I drive a lot for work throughout NJ so I rely on it. I never had an issue with my older one.

This unit was recommended by a Best Buy staffer. She was 100% on target in her sharing. The unit was quite an upgrade from our TomTom of several years ago. The size of the screen makes it so easy to view, and respond to directions. We traveled to South Alabama from Arkansas, then to Dayton, TN for the Eclipse. Wonderful trip made ever better by our new Garmin!

Had many systems before but the big screen and added features make this a top notch device.
