Everything I wanted in a GPS

I could plan entire trips, including stops for gas and campgrounds. (pulling a travel trailer, gas stop planning is VERY important). This GPS allows me to 'do the same thing, but doesn't take up the room in my truck that the laptop did. This is a GREAT product!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the garmin gps to follow my son down to the beach he had a tomtom gps we decided to go which way the gps told us to go when we was about 75 Miles from our destination the tomtom had him going a different route the my garmin he went his way and I went my way and I made it to the condo 15 minutes before him the gps worked great

Great GPS

My only complaint is that it doesn't have much of an edge around it so we are constantly touching the screen and making it change and have to click to go back. If it was in a mount it would not be a problem, but when looking at it in your hand it's a problem. Have used it on a few long trips and it was great getting us where we wanted to go.

Great GPS for Beginner

Told me to go the wrong direction down a one way street. Bottom line pay attention to signs and directions first, and then to Garmin. on other occasions Garmin told me the wrong directions when I knew the actual route. Pay attention first to signs and roadway instructions, then follow Garmin!
