The directions come through my car stereo, so you hear the directions and with Alexa in the Garmin 76 also it’s awesome . Fuel prices directions to restaurants, Garmin is the way to go, purchase this Garmin 76 you won’t regret it

This Garmin was a life saver for traveling.

Instructions do not tell you this. You have to set up your home address in order to orientate the unit to where you live. This is bad as someone using your device will know where you live. It has difficulty in locating addresses you input. Both operating system and maps need to be updated. It does a good job routing you, once you get it set up. There is virtually no battery storage to operate it when not connected to a power source.

The only downsize is that the screen is very light in the area where I place it in my Blazer. I need to move it around a bit to see if that will change.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned it nearly immediately. #1, it's huge. #2, its power cord is at its bottom and not L-shaped, so it can't be placed in a dash holder. #3, it takes many steps to get it to recognize an address. Most times, it didn't recognize the address even if was an address a few miles away. Super disappointed.
