The larger screen is just what I was looking for. Voice command is probably the greatest feature. I have not learned to use all of the features on this unit but learning more every day

This GPS is really good for truckers. The screen is large enough and clear. It tells you upcoming or changing speed limits and is easy to use. I will be getting 2 more for my other trucks.

I want to say that this gps is pretty good, however I wish they mad a better mount for it. The windshield mount that was was made for it does not bare its weight. If you drive on a bumpy road , it will fall off , not from the windshield section cup part, but from that round ball joint part.i would recommend it to a friend if they made a better mount holder thing.

This is a great GPS for a semi truck drivers. It is very accurate. Directions are easy to follow and easy to see on the device. The charge last a long time before having to charge. Very accurate.

Gets me to where I'm going. Hasn't warn me about bridges when going threw them specially the height of the bridge. Been downtown chicago and gone threw low height bridges without warning and I know its a capability on this GPS. Warns you about everything else though.

Has a lot of features, easy to use loud speaking, Bluetooth compatible. Pairs with phone for incoming and out going calls. Shows location for weigh stations. I like it.

Our last several vehicles had built in navigation systems, but we got the latest without one. With the Apple car play and Siri on an attached iPhone, we can get essentially the same sized display on the car screen, but it uses data . On a recent trip we punched in a couple of addresses using Siri and Apple CarPlay vs the Garmin. Both were calling out directions virtually simultaneously. The Garmin added speed zone and curve warnings plus specific instructions to include turning right or left “at the traffic light”. Although we even updated it when setting it up, there are always some restaurants or shops that have changed or gone out of business and not reported in the map updates. I notice if I turn it on after it has been unplugged and turned off overnight, it takes awhile for it to acquire satellites. Also, since the new car doesn’t have any large area with a smooth surface to stick the base with its suction surface, I basically set the base into a console cup holder. Not quite as convenient as built in navigation system,but, several hundred dollars cheaper. It is a little too big to stick on windshield. I got a kick out of it suggesting a rest stop after around an hour and a half drive. It I’d designed for use by truckers. We were looking at screen size.

I love this GPS. As a professional driver and traveling all across the US it is a very easy and accurate device to help me get where I am going. I had the 770 for a couple of years and it started acting up so I had to use my extended warranty (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK AQUAD PROTECTION PLANS) and then upgraded to the 780.

This is a great GPS for truckers. They screen is very big and it is user friendly. Will definitely purchase again.

This GPS is great. Entered my truck dimensions and it routes me correctly, away from low overpasses or away from car only roads. Alerts you to road grade (steepness), sharp curves and speed limit changes. Just a few examples

I'm an over the road truck driver and this Garmin has been the best one I have bought yet. It is Bluetooth I get my Cdot alerts on it I can make calls on it or answer my incoming calls hands free. Gives me the speed limits the roads my truck can go on the routes if tunnels are to low. Were the construction is, accidents alerts anything and everything a truck driver or RV driver needs. I highly recommend this Garmin.

It was easy to follow and user friendly. It knew of current road conditions.

This is the third gps I’ve owned and it does what I expected and more. I’ve always used garmin. I’m kinda of old school and still use my map if needed. I’ll use the gps for reference. Drivers can’t go wrong with this gps. It will warn you on practically every upcoming road condition such as school zone, deer crossing, curves, downhill, weigh stations, and more.
