To receive one product I was placing my order online when I arrived at the store to pick they requested me to cancel my order online and buy the product again at the store. Ridiculous- I will check if they return my money back on my credit card - Don’t use the Best Buy store at Berling Turnpike - Very bad customer service

However being a local driver i did not find this to be extremely necessary as i am familiar with the areas that i drive through.
