      We appreciate you taking time to review the fēnix 3. The device locking up and no longer responding is unusual. This may occur if there is corruption on the device. We would recommend uploading any data from the watch to Garmin Connect and then deleting the Activities, Courses, and NewFiles folders on the device. If the device continues to lock up and not respond Garmin Customer Care would love to help you troubleshoot your device.
