I have had the watch approximately a month and so far I really like the watch. I like how it tracks my daily activities and lets me know when I have reached my goal. I feel it will help me reach my goals to improve my overall health.

So honestly this watch is unbelievable in my opinion. It does everything I need and then some. The battery life is fantastic. The hear rate, activity tracker, and sleep tracker are very useful tools for me especially because Im seriously into health and fitness. If you're in the market for a new watch and are looking for health and wearable tech, this is your best bet. The only dislike I have with it is the floor counter because it is not very accurate at measuring how many floors you climb and descend a day. This is a superior watch.

I purchased this Watch because I was wanting more detail and ease of use for working out, outdoor activities and overall physical fitness. I had used an Apple Watch for several years and it did great. But this watch has a lot more detail built-in workouts built-in outdoor guides fitness GPS. The best bonus is the battery life. I have gotten as little as three days on a charge and as most as several weeks. All depending on how active I am.

This is a very durable and nice looking running watch. I’m a seasonal runner and runs 25 mi/week minimum and i bought this as an upgrade to my Fenix 3. I love how it explains your run summary in details and gives you your days that you have to recover and also i use the watchout app to scan my gym barcode from my watch to save me from pulling my car keys to scan them. Lots of functionality that I haven’t have time to meddle with.

I looked for a replacement for my 20 y/o GShock for many years. Since GShock did not appear to be making a watch with heart rate tracking I heard from a friend this Garmin was a tough watch with many features for which I was looking. Its has many features so downloading the instructions is a must to figure them out. 1 month into using it I am impressed. It is yet to be seen how tough the watch is. It is a tall order to compete with GShock in that category, but I am hopeful.

I have been using Fenix 3 HR for 2 year and it died in the last since many have complained about the sudden death of the 3 series. So I switched to 5x which has much improvement compared with 3. More details of MAPs and most importantly it runs faster and accurate. recommend this to outdoor users for more than jogging and swimming users. I tested it last weekend at a State park and it worked very well in showing the details of trails and my tracks as well.

I picked this up for $389 on clearance and it is outstanding. The biometric data it collects is impressive. The screen is highly visible in bright sunlight, too. Battery life is longer than any smartwatch I've had. It lasts literally for days without a recharge. The quality of the watch itself is high-end. It has had no bugs or glitches and works very well with my new Pixel 4a.

Although this watch is not as smart as apple watch or android wear watch, it beats them on the battery life. Typically it could last about 1.5-2 weeks. Amazing. The built in map function is the killer feature I want most which apple watch doesn't have. The watch face is much more fancy than apple watch and I really like it. My only complaint is this watch is a little bit too buky and heavy.

This watch has it all ! Accuracy is perfect. I have compared to several trackers and it out-does them all. There is copious amounts of info for the fitness freaks. There is loads of info for the outdoor person. Then, it has the basics. What more do you need? This upgraded version from the Fenix 3 is nice. Truth be told, its not REALLY worth the massive price increase, but I bought it anyway. Look at RIZKNOWS on YouTube for a detailed review.

Have had two other Garmin watchs 910 and 920. Loved both but the new Fenix is by far the best. I run bike swim and lift weights. The Fenix has been great for all of the sports. The GPS is an improvement over the 920 xt. The pulse function in this watch has been very acurate. It does not react to quick changes for interval training but can be paired with the traditional heart rate monitor if needed. Love this watch. Thanks Garmin

The Garmin Fenix 5X is a great fitness tracker for those who are avid, serious runners, hikers or any outdoor enthusiasts. It’s definitely a big watch and can be uncomfortable at times but if your wrists can accommodate the size it is definitely worth it. This watch is really overkill for just about everyone but the information it provides will just about cover everything you do.

I took this watch too many places. The most challenging if which was the Mt. Everest base camp trek. It did great. A couple months later I wore it up to the summit of Mt. Whitney. I had only had it for about 13 months when the screen started randomly scrambling on me to where it was 100% unusable. So be warned. Otherwise, it was pretty much perfect. Well constructed, but definitely some kind of internal hardware or software glitch. Luckily the warranty I had through Geek Squad led to a hassle free replacement.

This is my second Garmin wearable. My first - a Vivoactive3 - is still working just fine and has been passed down in my family. The Fenix 5X is a very fashionable, functional device. Also, Garmin support is great: I had one issue with my previous device (a broken strap) and one with this, initially (a malfunctioning sensor), and they are helpful & professional.
