I had looked at apple watches as well but the battery life of Garmin's greatly exceeds my Fitbit and Apple Watches. I love the stats it gives me, especially during/after runs and other workout activities.

Great watch for the task needed for training and review my progress. Its easy to use learn the functions and review with exact processtion needed for goal to train as a new runner for my 10k and soon a marathon.
