    The last time I owned a fitness tracker/running watch was five years ago, and it was rudimentary by today's standards. The data geek that I am, I've loved both the workout and sleep tracking versatility this watch offers. A great value for money proposition, I very much appreciate what the 255 can do consistently well for how little I spent (relatively speaking). Only knock on it is a battery life that's a bit shorter than a week, but that can likely be managed by reducing screen brightness.

    I purchased the Forerunner 255 as a replacement to my 235, which I lost. The 255 has been a game changer for me as a newcomer to the Garmin ecosystem. The Garmin Coach, sleep, body battery, and multi sport features make this a very useful wearable device.
