Wow! I never thought a smartwatch could break down my workouts like the Garmin Forerunner 265. Amazing data, easy to navigate with the amoled display. Would highly recommend to any fitness enthusiasts!

This watch has taken my training to the next level! Excellent stats/metrics delivered daily to help you break your next record. Only downside is it cannot fully integrate with iPhone the way only Apple Watch can.

I picked up the Forerunner 265 mainly for its GPS and training features, and it’s exceeded expectations. The AMOLED display is crisp and easy to read outdoors, and the interface feels intuitive without being overly flashy. I’ve used it for running, hiking, and even a few swim sessions—GPS accuracy is solid, and the multi-band support makes a noticeable difference in tracking.
Battery life is decent. I get through several workouts before needing a charge, though it’s not quite as long-lasting as some other Garmin models I’ve tried. Still, for what it offers—especially the training readiness insights and HRV tracking—it’s a fair trade-off.
Music storage is a nice bonus, though syncing can be a little clunky. Once it’s set up, though, it’s great not having to carry my phone on runs. The build quality feels premium, and the 46 mm size works well for my wrist—lightweight but sturdy.
Overall, this watch hits the sweet spot between performance and usability. If you’re serious about training and want something that doesn’t just look good but actually helps you improve, the Forerunner 265 is worth it.

I like the built-in GPS feature which provides accurate tracking of distance, pace, and route while running. It has a great battery life compared to my previous smart watches. It is also light weight which makes it more comfortable to wear throughout the day. Worth the Price!!

The Garmin Forerunner 265 has been a game-changer in my running journey. I’ve been using it consistently since I got it, and it has helped me monitor key metrics like heart rate, pace, cadence, and VO2 max with great accuracy.
What I love most is how the watch provides insights and suggestions after each workout — it really guided me to train smarter, not just harder. The display is crisp and easy to read even in bright sunlight, and the battery life easily lasts through several days of running sessions.
The interface is intuitive, and syncing with the Garmin Connect app makes tracking progress super easy. If you're serious about running and want a reliable training partner on your wrist, this is it.

I should have dumped my Fitbit for a Garmin years ago. The forerunner 265 does everything great. So much information! Some reviews knock the maps and route planning… I find what it does sufficient. The GPS works perfectly every time. The battery life is incredible. I wear all day and night and I’m getting 9/10 days out of a charge. The display is clear and easy to see in all lighting. Even for someone who needs readers!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best watch I honestly ever had, making the transition from Apple to Garmin was honestly & genuinely the best decision I made in terms for electronics. I train everyday & the fact that the watch can record your sleep & give accurate results for sleeping & running it’s a blessing

Love this watch! It the best watch by far that I’ve ever owned. I’ve tried them all. The screen is the best, the tracking of workouts is great. Really good in the pool, on my bike and during a run!

I was looking for an upgrade from my 5+ yr old Vivoactive 3 while staying in the Garmin ecosystem. After comparing features to cost this was a really compelling buy especially when it went on sale. I use it mostly for running. The screen is really bright and sharp. The GPS locks on quick with minimal drift. Battery life is around as advertised. It keeps track of performance and health stats galore. The touch screen has no lag. After 2 months with 2-3 outside runs/week, its race predictor is still too optimistic at all distances. Its VO2 max seems a few points higher than expected. The glass got some micro scratches when I stored it together with keys. Definitely get screen protectors. After putting one on it hid the scratches completely. Overall, this is a great fitness watch.

I recently switched from an Apple Watch to the Garmin Forerunner 265, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and training goals. I was initially worried about the size difference compared to my 41mm Apple Watch, but the larger screen has actually been a nice upgrade and it doesn’t feel much bigger on my wrist at all.
One of the biggest differences I noticed right away was the battery life. With the Apple Watch, I had to charge it every night, which always felt limiting. With the Forerunner 265, I easily get five to seven days on a single charge, even with regular GPS workouts and daily use. That alone has made a huge difference in how consistently I can track my progress and stay on top of my routine.

The battery life of this device is exceptional, particularly when compared to the Samsung Galaxy Watch and Apple Watch. Having previously owned three different Galaxy Watches, I can confidently state that I will not be returning to that brand after experiencing the Garmin. Although the interface is distinct, it is remarkably intuitive and user-friendly. This device effectively fulfills my requirements for fitness tracking, smartphone notification management, and timekeeping. I would highly recommend it to individuals seeking a fundamental smartwatch for monitoring basic workouts, vital signs, notifications, telling time.

This product far exceeds anything the Apple has on the market. I spent a lot of time researching and comparing this watch with my old Apple Watch. To be honest, there really is no comparison. The Garmin far exceeds all of the Apple features with far more accuracy. Especially if you are a heart patient like I am and need to monitor heart function accurately during exercise, and throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is serious about their health and exercise.
