    I use this strictly for running and sleep monitoring. It works so well for both. Upgraded from the Amazfit Bip 3 after it broke, and this is so much better for running. If you want extra features, go with an apple watch. But if you only care about running, get this one. Be warned, no touch screen, the OS is ancient, and it has 0 processing power. Don’t expect a flashy apple product. This is just a tool for running, and it does a fantastic job.

    I have used multiple 310xt's, new, refurb, and repaired for 20 years. Moving to the 55 was concerning. While I have had to learn some new tricks, the 55 has been great to use.

    I was using a Huawei, and it was giving me so much trouble connecting to my iPhone. So, I could not get running data to see how I was progressing. This watch gives me so much more information, and delivers it right to my phone so easily.

    Bought this for my gf as an early bday gift. She runs quite a bit now and wanted a watch to where she doesn’t have to pull her phone out to track her pace, distance, and times. Garmin is top of the line quality on all their products. I soon will be getting the 7x for myself!
